Boiled Asparagus With Melted Cheese

Ingredientes

  • 900 gm fresh asparagus trimmed and peeled if necessary
  • 140 gm interesting melting cheese (gorgonzola taleggio parmesan are good)
  • 1 sm handful of fresh herbs to include basil marjoram and parsley
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook your asparagus in boiling salted water till tender.
  2. Drain and place in a bowl with your broken up cheese herbs and seasoning. Toss over till the cheese has semi melted and serve.
  3. When I'm on my way home from work I just pick up any interesting cheese which will heat and be sticky and stringy and coat my beautiful asparagus. It's dead easy and it makes perfect sense.
  4. Serves 4
