Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Grouper or possibly any other fish preferred Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Warm sauce Juice of 2 lemons, limes or possibly sour oranges
  • 2 x Onions, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Place clean and washed fish in cooking pot 3/4 cover with water. Add in salt and pepper, butter or possibly margarine, warm sauce and lemon juice. Place onions on top of fish and cook over medium heat till fish is tender. Avoid cooking to long as fish will fall apart.
  2. Yield: 4 servings.
