Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Small new potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Heaping - prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry parsley Salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Put washed, unpeeled potatoes into boiling water. Boil till just fork tender. Place butter, mustard and parsely into medium sized bowl. Drain potatoes and toss with mustard mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
