Ingredientes

  • 2 egg yolks or possibly 1 whole egg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg slightly and add in other ingredients, except vanilla. Cook in double boiler with water below boiling point and stir constantly till custard coats a spoon (wooden spoon recommended). Cold; add in vanilla and serve cool.
