Receta Boiled Or Soft Custard
Ingredientes
- 2 egg yolks or possibly 1 whole egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Beat egg slightly and add in other ingredients, except vanilla. Cook in double boiler with water below boiling point and stir constantly till custard coats a spoon (wooden spoon recommended). Cold; add in vanilla and serve cool.
