Boiled Pork With Garlic Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. pork, boneless center loin roast
  • 5 Boston lettuce leaves
  • 3 scallions, cut into halves
  • 5 slices ginger root

Direcciones

  1. Put the meat in a saucepan. Add in water, sufficient to cover the meat. Add in sliced ginger and scallions, too. Boil it about 40-50 min (till well done).
  2. Cold the meat and thinly slice.
  3. Make sauce. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Put the lettuce leaves on the plate, then put on the sliced pork. Serve with sauce. Serves 4.
