Ingredientes

  • 6-7 potatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Peel and grated potatoes fine. Strain through cloth, squeeze fairly dry. Allow strained liquid to settle. Pour off liquid carefully, till only white potato starch remains. Add in starch to grated potato, add in onion, egg, flour, salt and pepper. Shape into balls. Drop into boiling salted water. Boil 1/2 hour. Remove from water, drain. Pour melted butter and chopped onion on dumplings.
