Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 1 x Red cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. Simple syrup
  • 2 x Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1/4 pt Red wine Juice of one lemon Salt

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and add in the shredded cabbage and syrup; brown over a low flame, stirring constantly. Add in the remaining ingredients, cover the pan and simmer gently for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  2. Season to taste
