Ingredientes

  • 4 lg. tomatoes
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • Basil
  • Bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Butter

Direcciones

  1. Peel and thickly slice tomatoes. Cover with Italian dressing and marinate for 4 to 6 hrs. To prepare, slice artichoke hearts and place slice on tomato slices. Sprinkle with basil, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Place a dot of butter on each. Bake for 15 to 20 min at 350 degrees.
