Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce grnd sirloin
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
  • 1/3 c. minced carrot
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine
  • 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 c. warm cooked penne pasta Minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Heat medium saucepan over medium heat till warm. Add in beef, onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 to 7 min, breaking up meat with spoon, till beef is browned.
  2. Add in tomato sauce, carrot, water, wine and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min. Serve sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
