Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
  • 4 lg. chicken breasts, boned
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 thin slices Virginia ham

Direcciones

  1. CHICKEN: Combine the flour and cracker crumbs, season the chicken breasts with salt and white pepper, and roll then in the mix. Saute/fry till golden. Place breast on ham slice. Coat with sauce and serve.
  2. GRAPE SAUCE: Combine the first 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch dissolved in a little cool water.
