Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
- 4 lg. chicken breasts, boned
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 thin slices Virginia ham
Direcciones
- CHICKEN: Combine the flour and cracker crumbs, season the chicken breasts with salt and white pepper, and roll then in the mix. Saute/fry till golden. Place breast on ham slice. Coat with sauce and serve.
- GRAPE SAUCE: Combine the first 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch dissolved in a little cool water.
