Ingredientes
- 6 whole chicken legs
- 1 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- To make marinade, mix all ingredients, except chicken legs. Debone chicken legs. Place marinade and chicken in a Zip-Loc bag for 2 hrs or possibly more. Barbecue chicken on a slow fire, brushing marinade on meat as it cooks. Serves 4.
