Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Shortcrust pastry
  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 2 ounce Dark soft brown sugar
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 5 ounce Mixed dry fruit
  • 1 ounce Walnuts, minced
  • 1 ounce Glace cherries, minced FOR DECORATION
  • 4 ounce Icing sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Water

Direcciones

  1. Set oven to 375F Gas 5. Grease a 7 inch round flan tin. Gently heat the butter and sugar together in a pan. Remove from the heat and leave to cold.
