Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. flour (for double 4 1/2 c.)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar (for double 3 c.)
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 egg (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour and sugar, cut in butter till size of bread crumbs. Knead into a ball. press into a round 8 inch cake pan till flat and even. Brush lowfat milk on top. Mark top with fork for design. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min till edges are brown. Do not overbake. Double recipe bake at 350 degrees for a few min longer.
