- 2 tsp Coriander Seeds (Dhaniyalu, Dhaniya)
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 or 3 Garlic Cloves
- ½ tsp Tamarind Pulp
- A small piece of Ginger
- 10 dry Red Chilies
- 1 tbsp Oil
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder
