Ingredientes
2 1/2 lb Pork butt
2 1/2 lb Chicken, grnd
2 1/2 tsp Kosher (coarse) salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. White pepper
2 1/2 c. Onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. Butter
2 x Egg
1/4 bn Parsely, fresh
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/8 tsp Cloves
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
2 1/2 c. Rice, cooked
Direcciones
Heat butter and saute/fry onions.
Mix Large eggs and spices.
Combine onions, parsley and rice with meats.
Fold in Large eggs and spices.
Shape into links and cook.
