Receta Boudin' Blanc

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lb Pork butt
- 2 1/2 lb Chicken, grnd
- 2 1/2 tsp Kosher (coarse) salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. White pepper
- 2 1/2 c. Onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 x Egg
- 1/4 bn Parsely, fresh
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Cloves
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 1/2 c. Rice, cooked
Direcciones
- Heat butter and saute/fry onions.
- Mix Large eggs and spices.
- Combine onions, parsley and rice with meats.
- Fold in Large eggs and spices.
- Shape into links and cook.
