Bourbon Chicken Marinade

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. chicken cut up or possibly 1 1/2 lbs. boneless breasts
  • 1 c. Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
  • 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 clv garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard salt and pepper tot taste.

Direcciones

  1. Combine all glaze ingredients. Brush chicken with thin coating of glaze. Chill 3-4 hrs.
  2. Brush again and then grill till done. Continue to baste while cooking.
