Receta Bourbon Chicken Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1 c. chicken cut up or possibly 1 1/2 lbs. boneless breasts
- 1 c. Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard salt and pepper tot taste.
Direcciones
- Combine all glaze ingredients. Brush chicken with thin coating of glaze. Chill 3-4 hrs.
- Brush again and then grill till done. Continue to baste while cooking.
