Ingredientes

  • 1 x Baked pie shell--9-inch
  • 1 1/2 quart Boysenberries
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Water Few drops red food color, If you like
  • 1 pkt (3 ounces) cream cheese, Softened

Direcciones

  1. Prepare and bake pie shell. Mash sufficient Boysenberries to measure 1 c.. Mix sugar and cornstarch in 2-qt saucepan. Gradually stir in water, food color and mashed Boysenberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute; cold.Beat cream cheese till smooth. Spread in pie shell. Fill shell with remaining Boysenberries. Pour cooked Boysenberry mix over top. Chill about 3 hrs or possibly till set. 8 SERVINGS; 330 CALORIES PER SERVING.
