Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flaked Coconut
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine, melted
  • 10 ounce Frzn Boysenberries, thawed
  • 3 ounce Pkg Boysenberry Gelatin
  • 2 c. Vanilla Ice Cream Whipped Cream Toasted Coconut

Direcciones

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine the coconut and melted butter or possibly margarine. Press proportionately into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325F degrees for 20 min. Cold on a wire rack.
  2. Drain Boysenberries, reserving syrup. Set aside. Add in sufficient water to syrup to measure 1 1/4 c. liquid. In a medium saucepan combine the gelatin and the syrup mix. Heat and stir till gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat.
  3. Add in ice cream by spoonfuls; stir till melted. Cover and chill till mix mounds when spooned. Mix in Boysenberries. Pour into coconut shell. Chill at least 4 hrs or possibly till set. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
