- 1/4 c. Stock
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sherry
- 4 Tbsp. Oil

- 2. Heat oil. Add in bamboo shoots and stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
- 3. Add in stock mix. Bring to a boil, then simmer, covered, 20 min.
- Let cold.
- 4. Chill, covered, only to chill (about 20 min).
