Receta Beasley's Fried Yellow Squash

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg yellow squash, minced
- 2 med yellow onions, peel &thinly slice
- 1 lrg green bell pepper, minced
- 2 tsp olive or possibly vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in large frying pan. Add in all of minced vegetables to warm frying oil. Turn heat to low setting. Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Place lid on frying pan. Cook till vegetables are to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally.
