Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lrg Onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 x Cloves roasted garlic, finely minced
  • 4 lb Collard greens, washed, stems removed, and cut into 1/2 inch pcs
  • 2 c. Chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp Warm red pepper flakes

Direcciones

  1. How to Prepare:1. In a large Dutch oven, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.
  2. Add in the onions and cook, covered, for 10 min, or possibly till soft.
  3. Remove the cover and continue cooking till brown and caramelized.
  4. Add in the garlic and cook for one minute.
  5. Add in the collard greens, stock, salt, and red pepper flakes, cover, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 min or possibly till tender. 1997 Lifetime Entertainment Services. All rights reserved.
