Ingredientes

  • 3 slc Bacon, chopped
  • 2 x Shallots, chopped
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 8 c. Napa Cabbage, shredded Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste Sugar, if necessary

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry chopped bacon in large skillet till crispy. Add in shallots and continue cooking till transparent. Deglaze pan with white vinegar and add in shredded cabbage.
  2. Reduce heat and cook till just tender (about 15 min). Season with salt and pepper to taste and add in sugar if cabbage is bitter. Serve hot.
