Receta Braised Napa Cabbage

Ingredientes
- 3 slc Bacon, chopped
- 2 x Shallots, chopped
- 1 tsp White Vinegar
- 8 c. Napa Cabbage, shredded Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste Sugar, if necessary
Direcciones
- Saute/fry chopped bacon in large skillet till crispy. Add in shallots and continue cooking till transparent. Deglaze pan with white vinegar and add in shredded cabbage.
- Reduce heat and cook till just tender (about 15 min). Season with salt and pepper to taste and add in sugar if cabbage is bitter. Serve hot.
