Ingredientes

  • knnob of butter
  • 2 lrg shallots sliced
  • 1 med savoy cabbage minced Chicken stock (qv)
  • 1 x salt and pepper
  • 150 gm whole chestnuts poached

Direcciones

  1. Heat some of the butter in a pan and sweat the shallots
  2. Add in the cabbage.
  3. Cover vvith chicken stock and braise slowly uotil cooked.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add in the chestnuts and the remaining butter.
  5. Serves 4
