Receta Braised Savoy Cabbage

Ingredientes
- knnob of butter
- 2 lrg shallots sliced
- 1 med savoy cabbage minced Chicken stock (qv)
- 1 x salt and pepper
- 150 gm whole chestnuts poached
Direcciones
- Heat some of the butter in a pan and sweat the shallots
- Add in the cabbage.
- Cover vvith chicken stock and braise slowly uotil cooked.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and add in the chestnuts and the remaining butter.
- Serves 4
