Ingredientes

  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. liquid removed brandied fruit
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/4 c. brandied fruit juice

Direcciones

  1. Put together butter and sugar in large bowl. Put together next ingredients. Coarsely chop fruit and nuts and stir into batter. Add in nuts and juice. Mix well, pour into bundt pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done. Cool.
