Receta Brandy Baskets with Vanilla Creme
These simple but impressive brandy baskets are a creamy, luxurious, and completely indulgent treat.

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until the butter has melted and sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the flour and Ground Ginger.
- Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto trays lined with baking paper; allowing room for spreading. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute. Lift from trays and immediately push down into muffin tins to form baskets. Leave to cool.
- Make the filling by placing the milk and cream in a bowl, sprinkle the Vanilla Crème Instant Dessert Mix over and beat for 2-3 minutes.
- Just before serving place the dessert mix and strawberries into the brandy baskets and serve.
