Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Red snapper filets
  • 1 1/2 c. Sliced mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/3 c. Dry white wine or possibly Vermouth
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1 pch Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Toasted pine nuts
  • 2 x Oranges, peeled, cut into halves and sliced

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry snapper filets and mushrooms in butter till half done.
  2. Add in wine and lemon juice and cook a bit longer. Toss in remaining ingredients and cover for a minute or possibly so.
  3. When the fish is done, serve with mushrooms, pine nuts and orange pcs piled on top.
