Ingredientes

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 quarts. lowfat milk
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 sm. loaf of bread or possibly dinner rolls, 1 doz.
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 stick butter

Direcciones

  1. Place bread in greased cake pan, mix large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar, and vanilla and pour over top. Add in cinnamon and bake in slow oven 300 percent for about a hour or possibly till set. Pour and spread topping over hot pudding. Makes 1 large pan.
  2. Heat till butter is melted, then stir in lowfat milk. Spread on hot pudding.
