Receta Bread Pudding

Ingredientes
- 6 large eggs
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 quarts. lowfat milk
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 sm. loaf of bread or possibly dinner rolls, 1 doz.
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
Direcciones
- Place bread in greased cake pan, mix large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar, and vanilla and pour over top. Add in cinnamon and bake in slow oven 300 percent for about a hour or possibly till set. Pour and spread topping over hot pudding. Makes 1 large pan.
- Heat till butter is melted, then stir in lowfat milk. Spread on hot pudding.
