Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Lowfat milk, scalded
  • 3 slc Buttered bread cubes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Plumped raisins
  • 3 c. Water

  2. Pour lowfat milk over bread cubes; let stand till slightly cooled. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Turn into a greased bowl which fits loosely on a low rack in cooker. Cover bowl with foil; place on rack with water in cooker. Close cover securely. Allow steam to flow from vent pipe for 5 min. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe; cook 10 min. Allow pressure to drop of its own accord.
  3. Makes 6 servings.
