- 2 c. Lowfat milk, scalded
- 3 slc Buttered bread cubes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 x Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Plumped raisins
- 3 c. Water

- Pour lowfat milk over bread cubes; let stand till slightly cooled. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Turn into a greased bowl which fits loosely on a low rack in cooker. Cover bowl with foil; place on rack with water in cooker. Close cover securely. Allow steam to flow from vent pipe for 5 min. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe; cook 10 min. Allow pressure to drop of its own accord.
