Ingredientes

  • 4 c. bread crumbs
  • 6 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash of salt

Direcciones

  1. Heat 5 c. of lowfat milk and pour over crumbs. Cover and let stand about 5 min. Add in sugar and salt, mix well. Beat Large eggs with remaining c. of lowfat milk. Add in to bread mix. Add in butter and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
