Ingredientes

  • 1 pound sausage (link or possibly loose)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Fry, drain, and cool sausage. Beat large eggs and lowfat milk till fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients to egg and lowfat milk mix (including cool sausage). Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Serves 10-12. Don't freeze.
