Ingredientes
- 1 pound sausage (link or possibly loose)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Direcciones
- Fry, drain, and cool sausage. Beat large eggs and lowfat milk till fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients to egg and lowfat milk mix (including cool sausage). Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Serves 10-12. Don't freeze.
