Ingredientes

  • 20 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 12 Large eggs
  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • Cooked bacon, ham or possibly sausage (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Trim crust and pull apart sandwich bread. Place pcs of bread in a 9"x13" casserole dish. Heat 1 lb. Velveeta cheese and 1/4 lb. butter. Pour over bread pcs. Beat 12 Large eggs. Add in 4 c. of lowfat milk. Pour over cheese mix. Chill overnight. Add in cooked meat and then bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs. Cover with foil if top starts browning too fast.
