Ingredientes

  • 1 box herb croutons
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 lbs. sausage, fried & diced
  • 8-10 Large eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 sm. can mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Place croutons in greased 9"x13" dish. Top with cheese, sausage; beat Large eggs with mustard and lowfat milk. Pour over. Chill overnight. Add in soup, lowfat milk and mushrooms. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
