Ingredientes
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 6 hard boiled Large eggs
- 2 1/2 - 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. flour
- Sausage drippings
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Brown sausage in heavy iron skillet till done, bite sized bits. Peel and slice Large eggs. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Add in to reserved sausage drippings till nice and brown. Add in lowfat milk and cook till bubbling warm. Add in sausage bits and sliced Large eggs. Serve over homemade biscuits.
