Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 quart. buttermilk
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. bran cereal
  • 2 1/2 - 3 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: raisins, nuts, fruit, etc.

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening and sugar; add in Large eggs, buttermilk and cereal. Sift flour, soda and salt, add in to mix. Fold till all ingredients are mixed; use additional lowfat milk or possibly flour to get the right consistency. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
