Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Oats steel-cut
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1 x Banana mashed

Direcciones

  1. Put everything in a pot, heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Serve with skim lowfat milk.
  2. Our second favorite breakfast:leftover ricemashed bananaraisinsadditional sugar if you like
  3. Mix and heat in the microwave.
