- 1 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 x Banana mashed

- Put everything in a pot, heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Serve with skim lowfat milk.
