Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 pound bulk sausage (may use bacon or possibly ham)
  • 1 1/4 c. frzn hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 1 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6-7 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage and crumble. Layer crescent rolls and healthy pinch together (on cookie sheet) to create crust. Sprinkle sausage and hash browns over crust. Spread cheese on top.
  2. Mix Large eggs together with lowfat milk, salt and pepper; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 1/2 hour.
  3. Note: If you make ahead of time don't add in egg mix till ready to bake. Easy recipe and great for holiday mornings, company or possibly kids sleepovers!
