Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 pound bulk sausage (may use bacon or possibly ham)
- 1 1/4 c. frzn hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 1 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 6-7 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Brown sausage and crumble. Layer crescent rolls and healthy pinch together (on cookie sheet) to create crust. Sprinkle sausage and hash browns over crust. Spread cheese on top.
- Mix Large eggs together with lowfat milk, salt and pepper; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 1/2 hour.
- Note: If you make ahead of time don't add in egg mix till ready to bake. Easy recipe and great for holiday mornings, company or possibly kids sleepovers!
