Ingredientes

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Direcciones

  1. Crumble sausage into 8 inch glass dish or possibly microwave safe quiche dish. Microwave, covered, on high 5 to 6 min or possibly till meat is no longer pink. Drain. Spread proportionately in dish. Set aside.
  2. In a one qt bowl, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, Large eggs are set, but still very moist, stirring every 2 min. Stir in cheeses, pour mix over sausage. Cover with wax paper.
  3. Microwave on medium, 6 to 8 min or possibly till center is set. Allow to stand, 6 to 8 min, or possibly till center is set. Allow to stand, covered, 5 min before serving.
