Receta Breakfast Quiche

Ingredientes
- 1 pound sausage
- 8 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

- Crumble sausage into 8 inch glass dish or possibly microwave safe quiche dish. Microwave, covered, on high 5 to 6 min or possibly till meat is no longer pink. Drain. Spread proportionately in dish. Set aside.
- In a one qt bowl, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, Large eggs are set, but still very moist, stirring every 2 min. Stir in cheeses, pour mix over sausage. Cover with wax paper.
- Microwave on medium, 6 to 8 min or possibly till center is set. Allow to stand, 6 to 8 min, or possibly till center is set. Allow to stand, covered, 5 min before serving.
