,%20but%20it%E2%80%99s%20going%20to%20be%20great!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20hungry%20again%20this%20morning,%20but%20I%20was%20starving%20as%20soon%20as%20I%20got%20to%20campus%20so%20I%20think%20breakfast%20might%20be%20back.%20%20As%20soon%20as%20lab%20was%20over%20I%20dove%20into%20lunch,%20including%20a%20killer%20sandwich%20combination.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAn%20Arnold%E2%80%99s%20Sandwich%20Thin%20with%20sliced%20turkey,%20maple%20jelly,%20and%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EQueso%20Fresco%20and%20Chipotle%20Laughing%20Cow%20Light.%20%20The%20spicy%20and%20sweet%20made%20for%20a%20fantasmic%20combination.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20baby%20carrots%20on%20the%20side.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20ate%20with%20a%20group%20of%20friends%20and%20then%20we%20spent%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20afternoon%20banging%20out%20a%20bunch%20of%20pre-break%20work.%20%20I%20took%20an%20online%20midterm,%20finished%202%20weeks%20worth%20of%20lab%20work,%20and%20started%20studying%20for%20an%20upcoming%20nutrition%20exam.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20hanging%20out%20on%20campus%20waiting%20for%20piece%20of%20excitement%20%232%20%E2%80%93%20attending%20a%20forensic%20anthropology%20speaker%20series.%20%20I%20spent%204:30%20%E2%80%93%206:00pm%20%20Listening%20to%20Rebecca%20Taylor%20from%20University%20of%20Tennessee%E2%80%99s%20%E2%80%9CBody%20Farm%E2%80%9D%20talk%20about%20their%20studies%20in%20human%20decomposition.%20%20Eeeeeeee!%20%20We%20learned%20about%20adipocere,%20and%20skin%20slippage,%20and%20animal%20scavenging.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20love%20anthropology,%20particularly%20forensic%20anthropology.%20%20Did%20you%20know%20that%20if%20I%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20invested%20with%20having%20kids%20with%20the%20husband%20I%E2%80%99d%20probably%20be%20off%20pursuing%20a%20degree%20in%20Anthropology?!%20%20I%E2%80%99m%20fascinated%20by%20the%20subject%20and%20would%20love%20to%20help%20work%20on%20applying%20our%20knowledge%20of%20osteology%20to%20crime%20scenes%20(think%20Brennan%20from%20%E2%80%9CBones%E2%80%9D).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20continued%20the%20glee%20when%20I%20got%20home,%20with%20Smarties!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdam%20and%20I%20split%20the%20box.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20then%20I%20got%20started%20on%20an%20exciting%20new%20dinner%20creation%20-%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20350*.%20%20Lightly%20grease%20an%208x8inch%20casserole%20dish%20with%20cooking%20spray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20half%20of%20the%20ravioli%20in%20a%20neat,%20even%20layer%20in%20the%20bottom%20of%20your%20casserole%20dish.%20%20Top%20ravioli%20with%202%20cups%20arugula.%20%20Top%20arugula%20with%201%20cup%20marinara%20sauce,%20spreading%20evenly%20with%20a%20spoon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERepeat%20layers%20once%20more.%20%20Top%20with%20mozzarella%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%2045minutes,%20until%20browned%20and%20bubbly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99m%20not%20actually%20that%20huge%20of%20a%20lasagna%20fan,%20so%20it%E2%80%99s%20too%20time-intensive%20for%20me%20to%20ever%20want%20to%20prepare.%20%20Plus,%20it%E2%80%99s%20expensive,%20the%20one%20I%20made%20for%20the%20husband%E2%80%99s%2021st%20surprise%20party%20cost%20an%20arm%20and%20a%20leg.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20new%20lasagna%20was%20quick%20and%20cheap,%20but%20still%20cheesy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThree%20questions%20for%20Thursday%20-%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20subject,%20that%20is%20not%20related%20to%20your%20career,%20thrills%20you?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESmarties%20or%20M&M%E2%80%99s,%20pick%20your%20poison?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAre%20you%20a%20lasagna%20fan?%20%20Do%20you%20cook%20it%20often?%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
